Processing Time:Orders are processed within2–3 business days(excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods (such as launches or sales), processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
How to request a replacement:
Please fill out the Contact Us form within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a store credit/refund to your original payment method.
